Young People Meet the Business World

In order to enhance the professional vision of our young people, support their entrepreneurial spirit, and enable them to blend their theoretical education with practical field experience, we organized a comprehensive and eye-opening technical trip to the Sinop Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) for our students through an interactive collaboration with the Foreign Trade and Logistics Programs of Sinop University Ayancık Vocational School.

As the Sinop Youth, Education and Entrepreneurship Association, we attach great importance to industrial collaborations in order to enhance the professional vision of our young people, support their entrepreneurial spirit, and enable them to blend their theoretical education with practical field experience. In line with this vision, we organized a comprehensive and eye-opening technical trip to the Sinop Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) for our students through an interactive collaboration with the Foreign Trade and Logistics Programs of Sinop University Ayancık Vocational School.

The first stop of the technical trip, which was realized with the active participation and support of our association, was the production facility of Sinop Çelik-San Madeni Eşya ve Mobilya Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. During the trip, production areas were examined on-site with experts. Birkan Altın Yağız, Production Manager; Elanur Gül, Export Specialist; Aykut Çelik and Selçuk Diri, Sales and Marketing Specialists; and Zuhal Boyacıoğlu, Accounting and Finance Manager of the company, shared their valuable sectoral experience regarding production, supply chain, logistics, and foreign trade processes with our young people.

Another stop on this strong bridge we have built between the business world and academia was Barbaros Motor Makina San. İç ve Dış. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Our students had the opportunity to visit the company's two separate factories producing milking machines and tilling machines, closely observing innovation and field production lines.

This productive organization, which concluded with great satisfaction and where our young people showed great interest with their visionary questions directed to sector representatives, has been one of the best examples of our association's education and entrepreneurship goals reflected in the field.

On behalf of our association, we sincerely thank the Ayancık Vocational School administration and its valuable academics for their valuable cooperation in making this meaningful event a reality, and the industrial organizations that opened their doors to our young people with their hospitality. As a non-governmental organization, we will resolutely continue to support projects that connect our youth with the production, logistics, and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
