Water Ambassadors Literacy and the Importance of Water Discussion for Environmental Awareness

Our association, which continues its work to increase the environmental awareness of our youth and contribute to the upbringing of an environmentally friendly generation, has undertaken a meaningful event in partnership with Ayancık Vocational School. The "Water Ambassadors Literacy and the Importance of Water Discussion," organized with the active collaboration and interactive contributions of our association, was successfully held with the intense participation of university students and academics.

The event, which addressed the issues of using and protecting our water resources in the most efficient way without pollution, began with a moment of silence and the recitation of the Turkish National Anthem. Mr. Özgür Aydıncak, President of the International Water Ambassadors Federation (USEF) and one of the architects of the "Water Ambassadors Project," participated as a speaker.

Dr. Invited to the stage by İsmail Güçlü, Mr. Aydıncak delivered a comprehensive and insightful presentation on the critical importance of water in our lives and the importance of instilling a sense of "water ambassadorship" in younger generations. Throughout the event, the roles that young people must undertake for both their own futures and the sustainability of our planet were emphasized.

This productive program concluded with the presentation of a plaque of appreciation to Mr. Özgür Aydıncak.

As a non-governmental organization, we are very proud to support projects that increase the social awareness of our youth. In line with this vision, we will continue our educational activities. On behalf of our association, we extend our thanks to all participants who care about nature and the future, especially the management and academics of Ayancık Vocational School.
